Bread Ingredients:
A: High Protein Flour 100g、Whole Wheat Flour 130g、Instant Yiest 1t、Milk 150ml
B: High Protein Flour 100g、Honey 20g、 Salt 1/2t 、Milk 50ml
C: Unsalted Butter 20g
Directions:
There are Cream Cheese inside, because I don't want to waste the Cream Cheese left over after Mini Green Tea Cheese Cake baking, so I mix the Cream Cheese with sugars and Cinnamon, acts like the paste for this bread.

- Mix A,wait 90 minutes for yeast process.
- Mix (1) into B, mix until the dough smooth, add unsalted butter.
- Mix (2) until the dough able to stretch, wait for yeast 60 minutes.
- Roll (3),rest the dough for 15 minutes.
- Decorated your dough.
- Yeast for 70 minutes.
- Bake for 180°C, 30minutes.
