Whole Wheat Cheesy Bread

Such a long time I didn't bake any bread. The major reason because it was raining day recently. But now, the weather look good, so I decided to bake a whole wheat bread.

Bread Ingredients:
A: High Protein Flour 100g、Whole Wheat Flour 130g、Instant Yiest 1t、Milk 150ml
B: High Protein Flour 100g、Honey 20g、 Salt 1/2t 、Milk 50ml
C: Unsalted Butter 20g

Directions:
  1. Mix A,wait 90 minutes for yeast process. 
  2. Mix (1) into B, mix until the dough smooth, add unsalted butter. 
  3. Mix (2) until the dough able to stretch, wait for yeast 60 minutes. 
  4. Roll (3),rest the dough for 15 minutes. 
  5. Decorated your dough. 
  6. Yeast for 70 minutes. 
  7. Bake for 180°C, 30minutes. 

There are Cream Cheese inside, because I don't want to waste the Cream Cheese left over after Mini Green Tea Cheese Cake baking, so I mix the Cream Cheese with sugars and Cinnamon, acts like the paste for this bread.
